    Few random questions

Hey Patrick, I'm Chase. My trim level is the XLT with the 5.4L and medium parchment leather as well. I appreciate it but surprisingly after I typed this all up I found mirrors. See I want to find door guards like yours. I don't mind having door guards just wishing they were body color...

    Few random questions

Hey everyone, long time no see. So after a time of indecision between 4BT swapping or selling, I've decided I'm going to leave well enough alone, put a nice exhaust on her and drive her. I use her primarily as a boat hauler anyway. This was my grandpas before he passed so I am pretty attached...

    Interior color matching

Nevermind they are close enough. I don't know how to remove a thread.

    Eaton Supercharger

I need to call my Dr. because I looked at your truck 4 hours ago and there's no end in sight. I would be incredibly thankful for any help with a list.

    Interior color matching

Okay so I'm trying to replace some worn out components in my 2002 Expedition XLT. Center console cover is a wreck. Steering wheel is that weird foam stuff instead of leather. Both have seen better days. So I got on ebay, found a leather wrapped wheel from a F150 and a center console cover...

    Part quest

Not that I have seen. Thus far the part seems to be discontinued entirely. I may take the door panel apart and see if there's anyway I can repair it.

'99 passed down from the mom-in-law.

As for power, as 55moose stated, these are fat girls. Don't get me wrong, BBWs are fun, but can't expect them to outrun Usain Bolt. However... Procharger. But, if you don't want to drop $5.5K on the truck, I'll tell you what I'm doing to start. My first truck was an extended cab, 02 Fx4. Still...

Steering Wheel replacement - 1999 Expy

If you can find a steering wheel from a navigator, looking at the two, the center cap should fit perfectly. So if you remove/replace the steering wheel and use the center portion of your expedition, you should get the desired result. Here is a video showing the basics of steering wheel removal.

    Part quest

Hey everybody, I was wondering if anyone could help me in finding a part. It's the driver's side door panel grab bar. I slipped on some ice a few years ago and I broke it. I've found some for the passengers side, and for the rear doors, but nothing for the driver's side front in medium...

    Eaton Supercharger

From what I've read on the svtperformance forum and lightning rodders, it can be done without changing the pistons in low boost applications (under 8psi). However, if you want to get the best out of it then the pistons, heads, and preferably block are needed. In that case like you said, a donor...

    Eaton Supercharger

Hey everyone I have a question. I have been wanting to do an Eaton swap from a Lightning in my 02 Expedition 4x4 for a while. I have seen threads on here where guys are swapping the complete L motors, but I don't believe that route would be in my price range. I have read all over that putting...

    Suspension advice please

Hey 1955Moose I did a little math and research and wanted to get your opinion on something please. So the weight and rating of the Expedition is as follows: Weight (Curb): 5,345lbs Weight (Gross): 7,200lbs Spring Rate (Front): 3,500lbs Spring Rate (Rear): 4,200lbs and the weight and rating of...

    Suspension advice please

I had a 2006 f250 and it had rear coils, so I was wondering about that. Speaking of, and I don't know if you guys could weigh in on this, but I was looking at the ford parts website and noticed that the F150 and the Expedition had a similar rear shock number. The expedition is 18V125/ASHV-876...

    Suspension advice please

Moose, thanks for the reply. Yes it does have the torsion bars in front. Also, I was unaware that they made stiffer springs for the rear. I actually think your post from a couple of years ago might be where I got some of my info, so I thank you for that.
