Still rides great! Just rotated the tires and checked everything underneath, all looks well. The front is firm still and I contemplated swapping in the f150 2wd version of the 5100s but haven't done it yet. Will likely just leave it alone though.
For those asking, this truck has Method NVs...
I have mine set at bottom ring on f150 4wd Bilsteins. If you have CCD it would go away with the Bilstein's and I wouldn't even bother going that route.
Just to be clear my f150 4wd fronts are on the bottom ring.. you could go second ring but it was deff to high for what I wanted and the spring was too close to the a-arm for comfort.
I think 16plati is right on the 4600s.. there isn't another shock that will fit the rear of the Expy that I know...
Nah.. don’t worry about the above.. impact only to undo the stock struts and springs, hold on to top plate. You will definitely need spring compressor to put the spring back on the Bilsteins though. When the spring is compressed enough you’ll be able to screw the nut on by hand a couple turns...
Correct, no spacers. 5100s only. Good luck on the install I’m curious what the front looks like with the Expy part numbers. Post pics when it’s all done!

His sig says 2nd grove.. but that might also mean middle since bottom is stock.
Got it align and it drives great! Steering wheel is perfectly straight as well.
