I'm looking at a good deal on a 99 Navigator across town. The owner states the front wheels are locked by the transfer case and doesn't want to pay to fix it.
It sounds like disengaging the battery for 3+ minutes (aside from possibly by a new acutator motor) could remedy this problem?
169K on 98 EB 4x4 w/5.4 triton. Upgraded ECU by Jimmy in Old Hickory, TN and open air intake. I'm cutting off the rear cats this weekend and upgrading the stock muffler to more efficient model.
