I used a Swiss Army knife with the flathead to turn the female connection to line up to the new actuator. You explained it well! It is hard to get in there and I scraped up my hands changing mine! A light helps a lot and the back screw was tricky to tighten down. I used a extendable magnet to...
Had to take a detour the other day. There was a bridge out and all the country roads around it were mud, potholes and puddles. Some places water was all the way across the road. The tires did well and only left it in 4a. Had a blast!

I had the ignition off when replacing but both sides were set to the same temp at 70°. I didn’t mess with any modes, just swapped it, then checked that it worked by cranking one side to 80° (hot) and the other to 65° (cold) and vise versa.
If you can’t tell where to line it up, find the middle...
When I replaced my passenger blend door actuator there was an arrow on the actuator I bought so I lined up the blend door to match when installing it and it worked fine.

I got a pair of programmable keys and cut them and paired them myself. I only got one key with mine but fortunately it also had the remote start with it as well so I was able to sync the new keys that way.

I got panels from Classic 2 Current. They only have the EL panels for both sizes so you have to cut them to fit but that gives you some extra to patch other holes! Lol!

I got a set of keys cut and programmed them myself which was pretty easy to do. Saved some $$ from having it done at the dealer. If your not confident in cutting them yourself definitely have them cut at a locksmith.

On my ‘09 the rear windshield wiper doesn’t work and makes this noise like the wiper motor is trying to find it’s starting position. It doesn’t do it all the time but sometimes it will buzz back there.
