    Here you go. The picture of the radiator is wrong, at least it is not what I have in either my 03 Navigator or my 04 Expedition. The cooler ports on the transmission are labeled properly. The lower steel line is the hot line.

    Try the reboot on the TCM. Can you see if there are any updates from Ford with Forscan. I only used genuine Ford hardware and software. IDS and FDRS?

    See if you can reset the TCM memory, we struggled with a few of those early 6R80s. Ford got to the point of only selling the Lead frame with a valve body for those three years. I have retired but I think my yard only has 2012 and newer at this point.

    What year is your Exp? 03 and 04 have vertical radiators and the 05-06 have horizontal radiators. I of course own both series, I do have spare radiators for both styles.

    All power runs through the fusible links. This schematic shows the connection to the Battery Junction Box. That is the wire that I had dropped down beside the battery, my car seemed dead also.

    On the gen 2 models it is easy to loose the main feed wire to the BCM. It runs behind the battery towards the firewall and can fall behind the plastic battery box. Can you post a picture of the battery cables?

    I doubt the pcv is a drivability issue on your Exp. Make sure all the intake air goes through the MAF. I will look for your other posts for lean.

    I tried all the plastic ones with no bueno. This is what I purchased and work better than factory removal tools.

    So you had two codes for bank 1 sensor 2, P0420 and P2270. How did you know you had a new code if P0420 is always there? If you clear them how long until the light comes back on? Is your exhaust how it came from the factory? Does it have two cats on each side?
