How many miles do you have on your Gen 1?
2001 with only 72k im wondering if this truck will run much longer but from reading these posts its not uncommon for these trucks to reach 150k? mine has given me very little problems outside of breaks and tires, mechanic says breaks go because of the weight the truck has to stop.- baduch
