2018-2021 vs 2022 Expedition Max?
This is exactly how I see it. I originally started looking at the '21, decided to wait for the '22, and now just a bunch of new annoyances. I will probably end up going platinum, but I am also considering the Yukon XL. The AT4 is pretty damn cool.- battlewagon

Same here, I was really interested in a Timberline Max. Now that I actually see it, not so much, and I guess it doesn't matter anyway because I want a Max. And now it looks like you can't get the upgraded motor on a platinum. How strange. the Yukon XL AT4 with the 6.2 is looking a lot better...- battlewagon

Where do you see that Timberline isn't available on the Max? I have to admit, I'm pretty underwhelmed by the Timberline, but making it unavailable on the Max would seem like a big mistake for Ford. Completely agree, I much prefer the smaller screen. It will probably have reduced functionality...- battlewagon

Yeah, I have an itch for a new car, but it's not urgent, and I know the newer model probably makes more sense, particularly since they aren't discounting the '21.
