Update! I did a vacuum test as suggested by Big Brian and my PSI on initial star up was at 55 PSI and stayed there. I had my fiancee hold the gas pedal at 2500 RPM and it stayed consistent at 60 PSI with no drops. I am ruling out a plugged cat. I will be switching fuel injectors this weekend and...- Bon Do

I am starting to believe it may be a CAT issue because EXPY sounds EXACTLY like these: I already have ruled out COP and spark plugs as those have been replaced and getting spark.
