Stuck ignition- cold temps
Maybe the key or switch has worn out I’m in Georgia so we don’t get temps like that so you could be right but if the switch Had a little play in it as if it had the wrong key in it I’d say the key is maybe worn down- brotherbeard

Engine Light Causing Non Start???

2005, check engine light slow blink then solid again after hard acceleration?
Yeah definitely a misfire it flashes on and off and drives sluggish and when it stops misfiring assuming that it does the light will stop flashing if you replace the spark plugs yourself make sure you torque them down to specs the aluminum heads are notorious for blowing plugs out it’s the worst...- brotherbeard

A/C works, but no cold air from the dash vents??
Does it come out of the defrost vent? There’s a vacuum line behind the battery that if it starts leaking it will cause the air to work but only blow out the defrost vents no matter what setting I’ve got the 04 xlt and had that problem about 2 months ago hope this helps- brotherbeard

Radiator 2003 Expedition
I have the 04 I replaced it a year ago it’s actually a lot easier than you’d think I think it’s 2 brackets right on top that have to be removed that hold the radiator down 2 hoses with hose clamps and 2 lines but before you buy a radiator check to see if your current one has quick disconnect...- brotherbeard

Too much air or not enough fuel check the easy stuff first vacuum leaks check every vacuum line and it’s connections replace anything that is questionable I hate to say that it can be a multitude of things because nobody wants to hear that and I don’t want to give you a long list of everything...- brotherbeard

What is the name of this vacuum in?
The dorman is for 97-02 expeditions check the OEM number for your year model the pictures online for motorcraft and dorman are identical but The OEM number for this part on the 04 expedition is different I had to order OEM part number 2L1Z-9D289-AA the Dorman is OEM F75Z-9D289-AA- brotherbeard

I know this is months after your post but maybe it will help someone out there rough idle can be a multitude of things but in my experience on expeditions it very well could be a spark plug or coil pack as well as a vacuum leak double check all your lines and if you have a scan tool that allows...- brotherbeard
