Preach it. Ordered 10/26. Chip hold for almost 3 months. Now I’m on “rail hold” waiting for shipping. Don’t worry though every time I call they thank me for my patience, so we’re good.
Thanks - I'm in Traverse City, so maybe most of the ones I have been seeing have been in Northern Michigan. Was just curious how they determine how cars get where they're hopefully going.

I called marketing for the first time in a couple weeks today and they finally gave me an updated ETA of 6/5. I’ve been on chip hold since 3/17. My original ETA was 4/7 and this is the first time they’ve changed it, so here’s to hoping.
Yes that's who Ford says to call. Just be prepared to be disappointed in their lack of actually providing any information. In my experience, calling has only added to the frustration with this process.
No - Nobody seems to have any info. I gave up after trying marketing last week and they were continuing to tell me I'd be getting my vehicle by 4/9 when it was already May.
