Special Service Message 51899 - 2022-2023 Expedition/Navigator - Intermittent No Crank/No Start

I have a 2023 Expedition that is dealing with this. Anyone else have this issue? Has it been fixed and if so what was done? I’m reading on other sites that this issue is on going even after the software update.
