New Info on 03 Brake dust problem
My 04 EDUR EXP with 16K miles - Felt Steering shudder when the brake was applied... suspected the rotor was wraping. I'm in MD and took it into to the Ford Dealership and they replaced both the rotors and pads... for free. 1st they calim the pad and rotor was only warranty for 12 months, but...- cbridge

04 Exp Vacuum Line ???
Thanks for checking. I believe we may be speaking about the same hose. The reason mine may have the bent angle could be because of the heat. I guess I'll have to take it in to the stealership soon. Well, I'm due for my 15,000 mile check up, so I guess I'll get it done. Thanks again for checking...- cbridge

04 Exp Vacuum Line ???
Yes.. It "could" be a vent, but I'm NOT sure. It is an actual plastic vacuum line. Do you have an 04 Expedition that you can check and see if this line is connected to anything or is it just a vent??? Thanks for responding.- cbridge

Overhead DVD & Sunroof - PLEASE HELP !
I'm not sure how they attached the support bar to the frame. I'll check with the shop and get back to you. Also, the 10.4" monitor I have is very thin and light Vs the DVD player and monitor on the Original Ford Expedition. I would bet the Ford truck must have some support for the original DVD...- cbridge
