Which Scan tool?
I was wondering what everyone has for a scan tool for their Fords? Im looking for something that is able to hook up to my phone or computer and look at the graphs, pids, trouble codes, and all sensors of the vehicle. Flushing brake fluid
yea, me too. I have a ford f650 and i just bought the CAT ET tool for it as it has a cat engine in it. I think i need to buy the ford bundle package scanner or something similar. Its dumb that you need a computer to flush/bleed the brakes.- CFKiller

Flushing brake fluid
how do you cycle the ABS pump? I had a hole in my front driver side brake line. I had to replace the line from the caliper to the pump. I did the old school method of having someone pump the brakes and then hold while i release the air. That didnt solve my problem of the ABS being mad, hill...- CFKiller

codes 0430, 0299, and 0113
Changed the spark plugs and boots with no luck. I did change out the boost pressure switch and that solved p0299. Now on to see if its an O2 sensor or the cats- CFKiller

I have a 2015 exedition king ranch EL with 155K miles 3.5l with 4x4. Work done was new turbos a few months ago, a new throttle body, sparks 2 years ago, phazers 2 years ago and that is about it. We have had the car for the last 70k miles. started off with the wife saying check engine light is on...- CFKiller
