Hi there, I have a similar issue. I believe its one of the systems sensors. I do get several codes through the ForSCAN that are more specific. Electrical Gremlins
It does look like you have some gremlins around... On my Explorer (pre expedition days) I had many similar issues (Lights, locks, windows etc) that ended up being the wires that go through hinge from frame side to door side. Factory towing package
There are two levels of towing packages. One regular and one HD I believe. The HD being higher towing capacity. My 2005 came with the regular towing package and it did include the cooler. Removing water pump
I ended up using the special tool to hold the bolts (4 of them) and a plumbers wrench for the removal of the fan. Wasn't easy but eventually done. nice 5kg hammer is also good to have. I did use PB blaster for around two days (two to three times a day) Hope that helps.- David E

I believe you can get one now through Ford Otis. https://www.etis.ford.com/ You might need to create an account. They just changed a bunch of stuff there so should me much more user friendly.
