Sunroof broke in vent mode
I have had the same problem for a couple of years on a 2012. Some times I push the wrong button to open the rear windows and the roof pops up. I also notice now that it does not always click at startup. What I have noticed is if I adjust the temperature on the passenger side down, I.e. Colder, the clicking will start. If I adjust it warmer then it will stop clicking.- Dbdors

Thanks for the pics and directions. Very helpful, and the back screw was a bear. However replacing the part did not fix my problem. I have a 2003 that I will be trading in soon. Lately when on max a/c the flow from the upper registers switches to floor and defrost vents.
