I think it was the rear brakes. I took the pads off to look at the parking brake shoes and they are fine. I was going to replace the break pads anyways since I just bought new ones. They still have about 69% left in them. Then I realized the guy at the parts store gave me the front pads instead...

I am hearing a metal on metal sound like when brake pads are worn down completely and the metal backing is rubbing the rotor.

Thank guys. It's growing on me. I need this weather to cool down so I can get started on the body work. The heat really helped push the fiberglass into shape though. There is just one small spot where it is a little high compared to the fender.
Was going to cover with rubber mat but changed my mind and went ahead and covered it in indoor/outdoor carpet. I like how it looks and feels, time will tell if I like how it holds up.

Finally finished painting the platform. Now I'm going to load it up and see how much the drawers will hold and how well the drawers still slide when loaded. The white marks on the back of the top piece are the holes for the pocket screws.
