    It is a basic 4x4 XLT with 202A, special addition pkg, pwr fold seats, and no auto start. It would be a waste of money if tow pkg is mandatory.

    I went through months of having Intelligent Access not working all the time and loss of the auto stop/start. Two dealers could not find any problems with battery or charging system. Finally took it to dealer and insisted there is something wrong. They finally looked beyond no error codes...

    IWE Replacement

    The IWE is the Integrated Wheel End. There is the vacuum system that keeps the transmission in 2WD. The default is 4WD and if the vacuum system begins to fail, IWEs make contact trying to go into 4WD. You hear a brief grinding sound upon startup. The IWEs begin to wear out from the contact.

    I have a 2018 Expedition XLT and I just had to replace the IWEs after 26500 miles. There is a TSB report number 19-2252 that explains the cause and procedure for replacing. This is after replacing 5 shocks, taillight lens, second row seat, and reinstalling SYNC. I am rebuilding....

    BMS Reset

    How do you reset the battery monitoring system? The battery is good, the charging system is good but the expedition wants to shut off the passenger and read door locking and unlocking until driving for a while. This is most annoying as the vehicle does not sit idle for long periods of time.

    3rd shock blown out on 2018 XLT

    I have a 2018 XLT 4x4 with 22000 miles. Just had to replace all four shocks/stuts and that makes 5 total. Front struts took 4 weeks to get out of back order. I guess quality is not job one anymore.

    Off and On Phone Sync

    Has anyone had the problem of cell phone loosing connection with Sync 3 and then it reestablishes connection. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Sync 3 will show no connection then connection. Sometimes it will be days between problems with connection.
