Nope, that picture is near the entrance to Estes Park in Colorado near Rocky Mountain National Park. But the Expy is pulling the camper again for a 2.5 week trip in to Grand Tetons and Yellowstone in July.- Dwilds

How many miles on your 2nd Gen Ford Expedition?
2003 XLT 5.4L with 152,000 on the odometer. Bought it in 2005 with 35k on it. Replaced Transmission at 85k and new dealer installed reman engine at 126k. Besides that basic maintenance. Just redid all ball joints and about to swap out front and rear stabilizer joints.- Dwilds

Cargo Carrier and Basket Side by Side on Factory cross bars
Any one successfully mounted and roof cargo basket (Like the Yakima Skinny Warrior) next to a Cargo carrier? Windshield washer fluid light keeps coming on

Gas smell, puzzled...
I inquired about some kind of tank repair like you suggested but the mechanic at the time said in his opinion gas fumes would disintegrate any attempt to seal the leak at the top of the plastic tank. I never see any evidence of the leak except the smell and occasional code light that I just...- Dwilds

I have this same issue on my 2003 Expedition XLT and when I had a mechanic check into it they found a small leak at the top of the plastic gas tank near the fill. They looked into a replacement tank and found that Ford no longer makes a replacement and no aftermarket tanks were available. So...- Dwilds

Vacuum line
I just had a similar issue with AC defaulting to defrost and a p-code P0401. Ended up both were fixed with a replaced vacuum elbow. Not sure where exactly it was as my local shop fixed it for me while doing an oil change. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- Dwilds
