Thanks for the input, not what I wanted to hear, but it is what it is. Your expedition is nice! Looks alot like my Excursion I just sold, all black limited. Wishing I had her back right now. Damn!- dwobbe

1999 Expedition NO 4X4
Yeah the Tcase goes into low and the electric motor on the t case is moving the rod between awd and low. I am thinking of hitting up the wwrecking yard to find another Tcase. Have you pulled a Tcase apart before to fix? Not sure if that would ultimately be cheaper?- dwobbe

1999 Expedition NO 4X4
I have a 1999 Expedition. Have AWD/4H/4L option only. AWD works fine, when I shift to 4H or 4L the electric motor on the transfer case shifts. When it goes to 4H or 4L the front drive shaft goes nutruel. I put the truck on 4 jack stands to confirm. Is my transfer case bad or "hopefully"...- dwobbe
