    i used starting fluid again and it did start today so i believe its the fuel pump

    now lets say that the fuse is bad, if the fuse is bad, the fuel pump wont prime, right?? what about the starting fluid idea.....i used starting fluid, still did not start.....

    were is the fuel pump relay? the fuel pump fuse is good but looked dirty on the metal part that plugs into the fuse compartment on 19 should i clean the tips on the fuse or no, is that normal?? so should i get the new relay and switch them both or?

    so im out there working on it and this older lady close to maybe 60s i wanna say, asked me what its doing and i told her, she said its the brain box.......she told me her and her brother owned ford f150s, and said that their truck did the same thing.........any one ever heard of this brain box?

    the inertia switch was not tripped, so what fuse is the one for the fuel pump.....

    97 Expedition shut off on me in traffic. Can not hear the fuel pump sprayed some starter fluid in throttle body truck still did not start it crank over, but will not start.....no fuel coming out of the fuel pressure relief valve....could it be a fuel pump fuse???? there's about 50 miles on the...
