coil pack issues
Could simply be a bad coil pack. Maybe bring it back and have the store test it or exchange for another one. If this doesn't work, I would look at the #7 injector.- EVO8

Changed Plugs Today...
Hmmm........ My expedition is an 03 but my plugs didn't look anything like yours. Mine look like normal plugs. They must have made some changes for 06 model.- EVO8

Time To Change Plugs
It's going to take an afternoon so buy some beer for breaks. I used the motorcraft plugs. I heard lots of stories about at issues with aftermarket coil packs so I stuck with the stock motorcraft coil packs. They are expensive. Around $80 dollars a piece, not including tax.- EVO8

fuel issue?
To the OP, you did the starting fluid and your expedition ran and then died, indicating that a bad fuel pump is at hand. I would suggest you get a fuel pressure gauge tester and check for any fuel pressure before going after the fuel module. Your test indicated issue with your fuel pump and...- EVO8

03 expedition 5.4 whats the best tuner ?
#4 and #8 are behind the firewall. Just like any plug, just take your time. It will take you an afternoon to do all 8 plugs.- EVO8
