Could simply be a bad coil pack. Maybe bring it back and have the store test it or exchange for another one. If this doesn't work, I would look at the #7 injector.
Hmmm........ My expedition is an 03 but my plugs didn't look anything like yours. Mine look like normal plugs. They must have made some changes for 06 model.
It's going to take an afternoon so buy some beer for breaks. I used the motorcraft plugs. I heard lots of stories about at issues with aftermarket coil packs so I stuck with the stock motorcraft coil packs. They are expensive. Around $80 dollars a piece, not including tax.
