Foghorn noise worse after replacing IAC valve

Hi Guys, This badboy has 170,000 miles and still runs like a mother! Especially here in HELLIZONA with the heat and dust. Used to have a K&N intake but after 5 yrs I switched to AEM BruteForce. 3" Belltech lowering kit with 22" wheels.Notice the fender vents, It's from a late model Range Rover...- expinoy
