Just curious- why no interior release on fuel filler door?
Most new cars don't have one anymore, and it's tied into central locking. If car is locked, door is locked, if unlocked when you press it it will open. I'm 95% sure the Expedition is this way, but I have yet to fill up our brand new '22. My '21 Volvo and wife's '18 X3 are this way too.- FridgeRover

Looking at 2019-4x4 & 2021-4x2 Limited, 303a Stealth package
Not all buy-back's are Lemons, in some cases people just don't like the car or can't fit it in their garage (as noted above) and eat the loss within a year... Where are you from?

What Have You Done to Your 4th Gen This Week?
We bought (and drove home) in our 22 XLT in star white with max tow on Saturday, then took it for errands and lunch on Sunday.
