    Repainting hood vs replacing it.

    My 2000 Expedition still looks OK except for the hood, which is fading fast. (The roof is fading too, but nobody ever really sees it.) What would be the cost of repainting the hood as opposed to replacing it with a used but better-looking one of the same color?
