Steering wheel loose
Do you remove the steering wheel to find these bolts? I dealt with this problem for years and multiple steeing colums. I have never seen bolts to adjust a loose sterring wheel. Intake timing retarted to no oil pressure
I don't know if all the really aggressive bugs could be from your engine shutting down and back on. I dealt with a bit of a similar problem. Only mine was not as aggressive and allarming. My 2003 5.4 has been by far the most reliable vehicle in my life. Only it felt sluggish, tired, lost of fuel...- Gilles Boudreau

Loose Steering Wheel 2003 EB
I have a 2003 expedition with that same steering issue. The factory does not make a bearing kit but I found that the bearing was not falling apart as expexted. all I saw was 1/8 play between the clip and the bearing. anothe thing that comes into play is the steel bracket that goes in the 3...- Gilles Boudreau
