Mirrors/seats moving erratically when unlocking with key fob
I had the unauthorized movement happen often with my passenger side mirror. One day I hit the garage door and broke the whole mirror. I replaced the entire mirror and have not had the issue again in over a year. I figured it must have been the motor mechanism in the mirror that was going crazy...- gulfman

backup up stopped beeping...
The repair cost me slightly more than $500. It was done by a dealer some time ago. The new part number was 5L7Z 15K859. There are several parts suppliers on line that have the part. The cheapest one was about $ 360. Amazon has several links to Ford parts.- gulfman

There is a video by Scotty Kilmer on YouTube that shows how to clean a catalytic converter when a code PO420 shows up. It may save buying a new one.- gulfman

Humming Noise
John, Here is the TSB on the subject. I got the impression that this problem was not uncommon and continued for years in some of the Ford SUVs and trucks. The boat is a 2010 Yamaha AR 240 Jet Boat.- gulfman

Humming Noise
I have had a humming noise between 45mph and 60mph when on acceleration. Goes away on deceleration. At times it is hard to tell where it is coming from. This has been on going for a number of years. I had the same problem. "Check back up aid " The code was C1983 Rear radar sensor. To make a very long story short, radar sensor replaced and problem solved. The bumper cover has to be removed to get to the radar unit behind the receiver part of the hitch. If you crawl behind the hitch, you...- gulfman

Start on second crank
For what its worth, I had the same problem. it was the fuel pump. There was a pin whole in the one hose as the result of the spring(see picture) rubbing the hose and over time, putting a small hole in the hose. This allowed fuel to drop back into the tank. The pump must have not been assembled...- gulfman

4x4 High in gauged on the fly ??
