Are 2022's more reliable than my '18?

Maybe that old architecture is why Toyota's reliability surpasses our Fords.

To service the transmission, or not service the transmission? That is the question.

I have 225k miles on my 2007 Expedition EL. Purchased used with 172k. I changed the fluid upon purchased and again at 40k afterward. Fluid change included filter. I tow often and like the idea of having the protection of fresh fluid. I recall, the interval change followed is recommended by...

    2020 F150 TPMS compatibility with 08 expedition

Since I check my tire pressure weekly, I disabled the TPMS system after a failed module. Frequent tire pressure checks is how my dad did it, back in the day.

All Warning lights staying on, including Park Brake Fault, See Manual, Pre-Collision,etc. Also sends Active Alerts to my Ford Pass app.

Had a similar problem. Uses zip ties to make sure all wire harnesses were not resting on anything metal. Haven't had a problem with multiple lights on the dashboard as of yet. My vehicle is a 2007 Expy but this seems to be a simple solution for all generations.

I did a timing job on my 2007 Expy in 2019. Now I have to have the rockers and lash adjusters to change as the tapping sound has started. Should have done everything back then. Oh well. Ride has been very reliable thus far and I am still ahead of the game. Have you seen the price for a...

    Moog front hubs any good?

I find the best replacement Hub Wheel Bearings to purchase are TIMKEN hubs. I replaced my right rear hub at 100k and at 218k, it is still rolling strong. I read somewhere that TIMKENs are used as OEM parts for my 2007 Ford Expedition. Moog parts are made in China and I hear sooooo many...

2014 limited still taking the family on Vacations!

My 2007 Ford Expedition EL is my trusted steed. Wife and I have taken multiple road trips and the Expy has never left us stranded. In the past, I was in the market for a new SUV but the reliability issues and prices deterred me from moving forward. At this point, I said to myself, "If the...
