Hi everyone. My 2019 Expedition has 65k miles and all these transmission discussions have me worried. Recently I've had the hard shift from Park to reverse (whole truck jumps) but only when the vehicle is cold. To eliminate the "clunk" into reverse, I first go into neutral for a few seconds...
