Truck still shakes
Check you PCV valve. Those are a big contribution to noise and vibration that little elbow of plastic that’s worth 7 to 12 bucks does a lot. If not check your egr but if it’s not throwing a code for the egr then it’s probably that. Just replace the pcv valve. And if that doesn’t fix it remove...- Hugo201595

Headlamps?
Do not go the LED route with reflector headlights you will blind people and your light will be scattered and have more color than light. Tie rod replacement with no alignment?
you can get them pretty straight yourself just have somebody hold the steering wheel while you do it so the steering wheel stays straight and isn’t cocked to one side.- Hugo201595
