    Weirdly, it mostly occurs when changing to my preset [2], rarely happens when using 1 or 3 [both set to the wife's settings]. Similarly [sort of], my Explorer takes 2 or 3 presses to get the mirrors out to my preset, but have no issue with hers

    I get that in a few places here on my commute, in my Explorer. Our Expy doesn't have the Intelligent ACC. Usually it's the opposite though, the center HOV drops to 45 in 2 places on my commute & the ACC will drop from 70 to 50...Thoroughly confused me the first couple times until I figured it...

    We went the opposite route. Wife had a Flex, traded into a Max Limited. I went from a Malibu to an Explorer. If timing had been better, I'd have bought my mom's Explorer Platinum before she traded it for a F150 Lariat.

    Ah, mine is as well, I just rolled 50k last week. I'd assumed this was one of those covered regardless of mileage types. Guess I'll definitely get confirmation over the phone prior to taking it in.

    SSM47835 covers 'some' 2018-19 Expedition/Navigator. I haven't gotten around to taking ours in yet, my Explorer has been in the shop for almost 2 months for a bunch of warranty/recall work. Wanted to get that done first, before its warranty is up in Dec.

    This has been an ongoing problem in the Explorer. My 2020 Limited has the same problem, touch beep, HD radio disabled, backup cam delay, radio on at startup [when off at shutdown]. IIRC, the issue is the APIM runs out of memory, so those settings go first. Haven't had the issue in the Exped yet.

    I took my 2.7 F150 to the dealer the couple times it needed an oil change before trading it off. Can't say I ever got under it.

    I guess that makes sense to have drains both ways, in case of inclination. Will keep the funnel idea in mine for next time, to avoid dripping onto the skid plate.

    Success. Put a 6pt socket on it & still had to double up with a wrench on the ratchet to get enough torque to break the drain plug loose. Fumoto install was straightforward, but a bit difficult. Used a open end wrench to tighten it, but ran into interference with the sway bar aft and crossmember...

    I got a BlueDriver as a gift. Does some simple logging & checks code, and even informed on an open recall on a former car I had. Haven't run it on my Exped or Explorer yet.

    That's all well & good. My main issue is the impossibility of removing the drain plug. Got the Fumoto yesterday, hopefully have time to get to it before the weekend's up.

    Luckily we haven't had this issue in or Exped nor my Explorer. Out Flex on the ot her hand, could blow all 4 shot with the rears on high. Annoying on a hot day, and quite noisy when they're shut.

    Gauge cluster screen update

    This is one I noticed with one of the latest AndroidAuto updates Used to show it with the time on the infotainment screen, bow nothing. In my Explorer, the temp is shown on the gauge cluster. Used to show nav directions in place of Trip 1, but that has gone away with one of the AA updates as well.
