LED TailGate
Thanks for the pics on the LED's. Now i want to know how you mounted your hellas behind the grill. It is tight. The only thing to mount it to is the plasic/fiberglass grill support. -
what price did you pay for your expy?
1998 EB 4x4 bought about a month ago $2800. Has had 7 prev. Owners. Has 135,310 mi. But has a milage descrepancy on carfax went from 159,000 to 114,000 with in a yr and has no accidents on record. I have about. $1200 in parts and labor now. Gona keep her for a while now. LOL.- jammy75

Easier way to install trailing arms?
Thank you both. Now i just need to get some more time. And get the driver side done. How did you get the bolt lined up? The pass side was a pain. I have the air ride still. It is ok but it feels a little floaty. While I was in the process my air ride was relaxing and slowly letting air out...- jammy75

Control arms
I just went through this to. I went for the cheap stuff to just get it through inspection. And the uppers are universal air or spring. Good luck..- jammy75

Def check your DPFE and your EGR gasket my 98 had the same shake rattle and roll and all I did was put a rubber glove over the intake and blow cigar smoke into my brake booster line to find that my egr gasket was leaking($2.99) Hope this helps and good luck keep us posted on your progress...- jammy75

Go to the all truck nationals. At the end of june. My dad and I use to go every yr till I move to Missouri.. Awesome Show 2 days to cover whole fair grounds. And you never know what you might find for sale..- jammy75

Easier way to install trailing arms?
Is there an easier way to install my lower trailing arms? I used a ratchet strap to pull axle back on pass side. Now how do i get front bolt out of driverside w/o removing gas tank? What a bear!- jammy75

nope just missouri. still trying to figure out my phone. Had my up a arms low ball joints and swaybar end links done along w/allignment. Plus insp.and emissions. in all was around $900. Now I have the rear end chatter. So I replaced my axle bearings and seals that were leaking only to find out...- jammy75

If you have the time do it your self and save the almost $900 bill i just had to get my 98 to pass emissions and insp. It was a hard lesson learned for this guy. Like quoted before go to youtube.com . Someone has been there done that. God luck!- jammy75

What did you do to the expy today
:nutkick: New tires all around, #2 coil pack, new front brake pads, Lube oil filter, new gasket on EGR valve, Lots of $$$$$. :nutkick: Found my vac leak on the EGR gasket by blowing cigar smoke in to the booster vac line, bad part is i'm not a smoker.- jammy75
