Thank you for your response. Very articulate and convincing. As per the recall notice, the mfg is required to replace these bulbs with suitable in spec version.
I have written the company to request the replacements and will install upon receipt.
Cheers!
Resurrecting an old thread. I got a product warning message from Amazon concerning the Sealight bulbs I installed. The message pointed to a NTSHA notice stating that the bulbs may be too bright: (summary - see link below for full text)

I've got a '20 XLT. There is an active recall on mine that was to address a similar issue with the backup camera. It went blank on me a couple times over the course of a year.
Just had the recall done a few weeks ago - took less than 2 hours in the shop.
Just got this one from Amazon:
JunDa Car Phone Mount 360 Degree Rotation Dashboard Cell Phone Holder for Car Clip Mount Stand Suitable for 4 to 7 inch Smartphones
Clips nice and secure to the dashboard.
John I - greetings!
I just did the swap from halogens to LED headlights in my '20 XLT. I've only driven a couple of times at night since then, but I don't believe there was a problem with blinding oncoming drivers. If the bulb is properly oriented in the socket (and reflector), the beam has a...
KSC - Greetings!
The lights have been working well. I think they were a great upgrade. They are definitely much brighter than the halogens and whiter as well.
The only flickering I've noticed on the DRL's is when the engine restarts using the AutoStop/Start.
Hope this helps.
Did this upgrade yesterday. I chose the Sealight High Beam / Low Beam combo pack - all four bulbs in one box:

Hard to tell the difference from this pic, but here it is anyway. (LED on driver's side)
Late comer to this thread.
I have it included on my '20 XLT. I trailer very seldom and am terrible at backing. I rented a travel trailer for a trip out to Big Bend, TX last month. This system helped me a WHOLE LOT! Both when backing straight or having to make a turn out of one of the campsites...
Late to this thread. I bought this gem last April.
Meet Myrtle!
PS - She's sitting next to Katie ('13 Escape). You can definitely see the family resemblance

If you used the Sealight bulb pictured above for the low beam, did you also replace the high beam bulb with ZonCar pictured above as well?
Thanks
Kind of off-topic, but I had the same problem w/ my 2013 EB F-150. About half the time after a dealer oil change, I would have to go back to get the shield properly re-attached.
When I bought my 2020 XLT 2WD last spring, I had to compromise on some interior options in order to find a in my preferred exterior color (red) and the HD tow package. The dealer told me my vehicle was the only one in TX at the time in red with the HD pack.
The tow pack was a priority because...
