I think my transfer case just grenaded itself
Ok, great! it's definitely not red. I've been under there 3 times today. The only thing I found was a light brown fluid coming from the cross member. Where it originates from is anyone's guess. I'm having a buddy/mechanic look at it at work. Thanks for the replies.- jerzeyscrew

I think my transfer case just grenaded itself
I was walking the dog late tonight, when I noticed a huge puddle under my 2000 Expedition. I checked every possible level under the hood and everything looks good (Oil, Trans, brake, Power steering,and cooling) After feeling perplexed I remembered the transfer case. What's the secret to removing the #4 coil?
I got lucky, I guess, with my 2001 f-150 because it has a body lift. Looking at my bone stock 2000 Ex, makes me wonder (how?) when the time comes.- jerzeyscrew

Poll about 5.4l V8 and mileage
2001 f-150 5.4 148k no major issues. Cracked cops replaced them and the plugs around 145k Thermo and I did the all the work.
