We took our expedition to the dealer for the same issue and they found the hose near the front camera had come apart at a connector. No leaks since the fix.

The chrome on the inside of the LED headlight housing was detaching. The dealer agreed it was a warranty issue and replaced it for free. It was a $1800 bill to Ford, according to the dealer. ~$1200 part and ~4...
While the factory rack/rails likely won't have a clearance issue, if you put anything on those rails that's another story.
I am battling that right now. I can't find a solution to transport skis on the roof without it hitting the garage door opening.

This is the parts diagram the dealership service advisor showed, saying that the trim isn't on the diagram...so it doesn't exist. I just think he's lazy.

I installed WeatherTech mudflaps on my 2019 Limited Max...and they were pretty easy to install. The automatic running board do not touch and I didn't have to remove the tires. Hope this helps.
