    I know the answers to none of those questions. other than have you checked for vacuum leaks which I have not. I just bought the truck. In regards to this problem the only thing that has been done is an "induction cleaning"

    2004 Expedition Heater/AC Blower Motor replacement

    I have same truck and same issue. I pulled mine out by removing all screws (3) and then I had to spin the housing to get it out. I took some finesse but its out. Worried about getting the new on in tho lol.
