      If you do have the posts, the hardest part of the install will be cutting a hole for the sub in the side panel. I'd check and see if you have the posts before doing anything. You might not even have to remove the whole panel to do so. Take out that storage cubby on the top of the panel and feel around and you might be able to find them.

      Dirtrider said that he had purchased one awhile back and was waiting for it to come in. I'm not sure if he got it yet or if he installed it but he also did not have the factory sub option. I do not think there will be ANY problem with fitment into the 2nd gen as long as it was equipped with a factory sub. I haven't been able to confirm it but I don't think the mounting posts are there in the non-optioned vehicles.
