Well, ive owned it since 100k and its got 136k now... I do maintenance to the T and it runs great and shifts perfect. My hope is its just once of things where I just will let it warm more. Because after its slightly warm its perfect.
So, as I stated the oil pressure DEFNIITLY increased... The bottle states that's a good things.. Does that causes any draw backs? My battery gauge also moved up slightly as well as my temp gauge. Truck is rippin tho!!
To give another update using the lucas oil stab has actually made it calm the ticking during short starts ups like on lunch or leaving work! My oil pressure increased as well,
Check the Mass Air Flow Sensor.. Mine had some excessive dust and what not on it.. This to me sounds like a coil... Do this...
Open the hood at night and see if you see any arcing from the top of the coils.. If you don't it doesn't mean there not bad though... Take a bright flash light and...
Here is an update...
The ticking is still there even with the Lucas stabilizer fluid... So, I am not sure what it is... Like yesterday I let it warm for about 10 minutes this morning and nothing was there whatsoever when I took off... Its only when its cold.

Well, when I start it and its idling its fine. Nothing unusual. Its just when I go to take off for the first half mile or so its like tick tick tick when you gas it.
