Its a Relay If you can hot wire your blower and all the controls work then you have a relay problem. I had the same issue with my 99 Expedition I used alldata to find the location for the rear blower relay. All data is incorrect. Exact Location for rear blower relay With the air on, at the blower motor check to see if you are getting 12 volts from the Black/Light green wire. This is the power to the motor. If you are not getting 12 volts here run a positive wire to it. Then attach the wire to the black/ light green...- Learnbydoing
