Dear P0141, Lets break up.
Just the output. And for that sensor to even start putting out I have to literally sit there revving the engine for a good while... It probably starts responding 5-10minutes after the other 3 sensors have been responding.- LostExpiGirl87

At My Wits end! PLEASE HELP!
I might get an "eye roll" response from saying this but, I actually haven't replaced the o2 sensors again since the exhaust work or the head gasket job.
