    275/70 R18 on stock suspension

I am looking at doing the same size (no lift) on my FX4 Max. Any rubbing or other issues you have noticed w/ the larger rubber? How is road noise w/ the KO2s on the highway?

So the loud humming noise was actually the factory wind deflector lip slapping back and forth. Turns out it is held in with a full length pressure clip, and I guess it was just a little too weak along the Driver's side area and would vibrate back and forth. I just removed it altogether, and...

Maybe I’m looking in the wrong spots...but I haven’t found a wind fairing for the LockNLoad. They claim that it’s built into the leading edge (there’s a small piece of plastic jutting down), but that’s it. I’m not sure anyone would make a fairing tall enough for this application, but I’m always...

So I finally go around to installing the Lock N Load platform with the Skytower Feet. Naturally Yakima requires the purchase of additional hardware, their Landing Pad...because profit. The landing pads bolt into the interior of the OEM side rails (you just pop those little plastic torx caps...

    Annoying Horn

Plugged it into the truck last night, and like a miracle, it worked! No more stupid effing double honk. Worth the $99. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I just ordered it and received my shipping notice, so hopefully within a week I can post an update on this $99 miracle pill...

@LGE_CTS_motors ANY front bumper options would be welcome. I think I've emailed every manufacturer out there. The winch bumper on your Baja Forged would be awesome. Just need something for deer strikes and a winch in the NE usa....

Large Senior dog & loading help

I've been using a folding stair for about a year now for my older dog. Prior to this i tried a couple different folding ramps, and they all refused to use it. But so far, the stairs are working. My lab is about 100lbs and its holding up without any issues. My mutt is 85 and hasn't had any...

The bottom of the platform is 2" from the top of the OEM side rails. The top of the platform is about 4" from the top of OEM. I am guessing, that with the Feet, those numbers will increase slightly from my stealth bars.

I get it. It is way easier to tie stuff down with the mesh than with the rails. I had a bunch of T-slot accesories already, plus I was just too damn lazy to work on a mounting system for something like the Gobi or ARB. The yakima has T Slots that I can use to slide in various mounting...

Check out Gobi Racks. The rack for the F150/Raptor is 61"x51" i think, and has an all mesh base. Gobi racks are the best. If you break that thing you've probably rolled your truck lol. I'm sure you can find a local shop that can figure out a mounting solution for the expedition.

So I picked up the Yakima LockNLoad Platform (60x54 size). I used the clamps to mount them to 2 of my 3 existing Rhino Rack Vortex Aero Stealth bars (very low profile). The front of the platform ends about 12-15" from the rear of the sunroof opening based on where I have my cross bars mounted...

Honestly----i had no idea that Yakima made a platform until you just mentioned it. My personal issue with platforms as opposed to the traditional cargo baskets was simply the need to purchase additional side rails. Looking into the Yakima LockNLoad now it looks pretty good. Sounds like a yakima...

I went with the Rhino Rack Vortex Stealth Bars for my long body FX4. I had initially ordered a pair of the RSB06B bars based on the fitment guide on etrailers.com, however the front bar was just really at the maximum width when I installed it, and I didnt feel comfortable with putting weight on...
