    Wondering if anyone can help point me to something I can try that I haven't already. Temp here is about 35, and drove truck from cold to just about 2 miles from here, and turned it off to make quick stop. Got back in, and now it won't start. It cranked and cranked, but no start. I checked...

    Opened the jack panel today to check out how to tighten the spare tire (it was bumping around under the rear end). Turns out, the long 'wrench' under the hood was what i needed to cinch up the spare, but when i opened the jack panel, i saw that i had no lug wrench from the previous...

    Thanks - first basic question: There is nothing on the door plaque that says R70 or R100 anything, and both are in the owner's manual fluid capacities listing. The VIN decode doesn't specify trans, as best i recall. I suppose I will need to get under it first - the type of ATF is different...

    Transmission Service Has anyone done a preventative tranny service - filter, fluid, gasket and anything else involved? And does anyone know of a good DIY so I can do this myself? I want to be sure the truck is ready for towing a car and trailer - just got a 2002 with only 69800 miles on it...
