Funny, just threw a thread up about the same thing.
Frustrating. During the winter, no issues, everything too cold and frozen. Spring onwards, the consistent odour after rain or humidity. I've cleaned the evaporator, treated the hvac system, new cabin filters, can't see or find any obvious wet...
2022 SPP with 58k miles
Consisnt musty odour after heavy rain fall and humidity.
Already cleaned the evaporator and swapped cabin filter.
Any suggestions? Will poke around for wet carpet, but no discoveries yet.
I thought I came across something in the past for 22+ trucks where Ford provides a rubber insert for behind the 15" screen, on dash. Issues were that people would spill and leak behind into the dash.
I found it last year but never got around to dealer and wouldn't mind finding it again.

I have both a '22 5.0 F150 (lowered, tuned etc) and a '22 SPP.
We also have 4 kids and the SPP is the vehicle my wife drives the most. My truck is my daily driver and much less comfortable than the SPP since it's lowered with a loud exhaust, but it scratches my itch. When we go on Family hauls...

Previous years the higher powered EB on the platinum trim was not a HO 3.5.
Open the hood, there's two contact points, one on either side, that touch the hood. You can rotate them (threaded stud) higher to lessen the hood vibration.
The 304a is the high output ecoboost. It's roughly 40 hp more and similar in tq vs the non HO ecoboost. Exact numbers I can't recall but gives you the idea. This is rated on 91 octane from what I remember.
Believe main difference is ever so slightly different turbos, minor internals and tune.
