Fuel Gauge Problems
Thanks for the info I will do a search for your previous post. When it gets close to being empty it behaves normally, the low fuel warning light goes on, and it takes the normal amount of fuel to fill back up. It just doesn't seem to want to go all the way up on the gauge when it is full.:shrug:- Mattnj

Fuel Gauge Problems
On my 2001 XLT the fuel gauge only goes up about halfway when it is full. Where should I start looking to repair this issue? I did replace the fuel pump about 2 years ago. Is the the pump and the fuel float all in one unit? If so, I have a lifetime warranty on the fuel pump so I could just...- Mattnj

Stiffer Springs?
Take a look at the Moog Cargo Coils. They are designed to work for vehicles that carry a lot of weight or tow. They are also progressive rate springs to keep a nice ride. The part number would be CC80841. Cheapest I was able to find was at Summit Racing for $69.97.- Mattnj
