The DSP’s do help but the root of the problem is the SYNC 3. If you do decide to install the Zen A2B be sure and order an extension cable from Nav-TV so that you can place the unit where it is readily accessible. I did a complete audio upgrade on my 2018 back in September. Took out the all of the B&O components and replaced them with the Nav-TV Zen A2B, JL amps and speakers.
