Motorcity muscle, you are right, the original doesn't come with electric fan, today I got a chance to visit a dealer for service and checked in the system, sounds one of the previous owner has retrofitted a fan to improve AC cooling. I will check actual wiring and see if I can get it working. Thanks- mbarazeen

Ricco4592, thanks for your response. I referred the electric clutch fan as mechanical fan, which is mounted on the crank shaft? But I can see from front gril another small electric fan, see the photo of similar appearance. I can not find any fuse or relay detail for it. The AC works fine while...- mbarazeen

Engine fan comes on when AC is on
If the high temperature (pressure) cuts in the fan would go full speed, you can check the pressure switch connection. Electric fan runs on different speed and controlled by PCM based on coolant / cylinder head temperature and status of AC circuit- mbarazeen

I recently bought an used 2008 expedition, the vehicle has mechanical fan for radiator cooling, but I see another single electric fan in the front- passenger side.
