00 Expo blowing fuse #13
Bumping an old thread... I have this exact same problem, haven't had a chance to start diagnosing yet. Fuse 13 is blown, put a new one in and it blew instantly. Other problems I have had lingering since new are odometer light going on and off, door locks don't seem to be getting enough...- mp3mike05
