    Have you checked to see if there is power at the starter and at the solenoid? I'd check these two places first. That will give you more to go on for troubleshooting.

    I just switched mine yesterday. I'm at 177K. It was doing OK with the 5W20 but from what I've read, I think the 5W30 is going to be a better option.

    It did it initially with the first cutoff.

    Same station but two different pumps. I get gas there all the time and this doesn't happen with my other vehicles. You're correct, the cutoff is on the pump. This is like the flow in the tank & filler neck comes up too fast for the cutoff to engage before it overflows.
