    Pita. Charge pipes need to come off. Thermostat assembly. Believe throttle body. Make sure new pump has same amount of holes, 3 vs 4, as current one for pulley. Put it back in then found it was wrong when pulley went back on.

    Im in florida as well and ima go with water pump leak or leaking at the turbo fittings but evaporating before it can hit the ground due to the heat. make sure you are using distilled water when filling or 50/50. i had used full strength coolant and that made the temp go higher than normal. ive...

    I had mine replaced with a used one with 65k on it for 1800 in sarasota florida from a transmission shop.. 2 years and 63k later, still going strong.

    Not finding much out there. replaced the water pump last july with both turbos. also added a Mishi radiator and the ECT is running about 188.

    i do tow a 33ft Jayco Whitehawk that weighs about 8900lbs. i have a tow tune that is great as well as the performance tune when i am not towing. i had the tune prior to turbo swap and 5 Star just updates the tunes for free if you buy the turbos from them. i also did the SPD thermostat.

    Powermax have been great upgrades with the tune. Added mishi radiator for towing and replaced the warped manifold with the 5 star performance ones . Also did the gt spark plugs.

    somehow 3 of my tabs are gone from the flexible covering between radiator and hard skid plate or protective cover. anybody purchased them before?
