    Groaning noise from drivetrain AWD??

    I have a 2000xlt with an intermitent groaning coming from somewhere in the drivetrain when under a load. If i am on the road going 20mph and press the brake and give it some gas, i hear it for shure? If i do the same thing at a dead stop there is nothing so I am assuming it's not engine related...

    Fixed! Hey guys replaced the coil and spark plug on #4 cylinder and runs great now - i am going to replace all plugs this weekend. Thanks for the help!!

    odometer going on the blink Mine does the same thing. I will go out for a few minutes at a time but it still tracking mileage? Anyone else have any ideas?
