    Poor gas milage

    I pulled my 16’ 4000lb rv from Portland to Boise on my stock wheels/tires and I averaged 7 MPG… I switched from stock tune to 92 octane tune mid trip with no real changes. I was expecting closer to 10-12 so that was pretty disappointing.

    I had the new version on my 2007 and was set on running them again on my 2020 but they didn’t have the size I wanted. I had no issues in the few snow/ice storms we’ve had. I put 20k on them and they still looked pretty new. Tread lasted longer than I expected.

    I’ve towed my 4500lb travel trailer a bit and the new expy pulls great. More than enough power for that. The 2007 expedition struggled and wasn’t enjoyable but I was pleasantly surprised with the new one. Mpg was about 12 but I also have bigger tires.

    No rough idle that I’ve noticed but it does have a tune. Off and on anyways. They are working on revising the tune again. I’ll have to order some and throw them in at some point. Thanks!
